The Seaside Hotel

Hotel El Palmeral is a renovation and repositioning proposal for a beachfront hotel in the South of Spain, developed to elevate the property from 3-star to 4-star standards while preserving its existing character.

The project explores the redesign of the guest rooms and key communal areas, with a focus on functionality, accessibility and a contemporary Mediterranean identity. The design process included market and competitor research, regulatory analysis, spatial planning, material and furniture selection, and 3D visualisation.
